On September 29, Gallery will publish the memoir by former Disney ceo Bob Chapek, BEHIND THE CASTLE WALLS: My Thirty Years at the Happiest Place on Earth. According to a release, the book will recount Chapek’s experience within Disney, which he joined in 1993, and his two years as ceo, from 2020–2022. New Spotify Features Link Series, Build Playlists
Spotify debuted a spate of new features that link series and allow listeners to use plain language to find a book. When a listener finishes a book in a series, Spotify will automatically recommend the next book. Series pages will also list all books in order. Spotify will also construct audiobook playlists based on a users’ descriptions. “Series linking” and “prompted playlists” are available in the U.S., Canada, U.K., Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, and Sweden.
