Joe Hennes has joined as editor, Dr. Seuss Publishing. Most recently, he was creative development editor of original kids’ content at Audible.

Pamela Motyka has joined as senior director.

Rachel Swyer has launched The Swyer Agency, a boutique literary agency based in New York City, representing fiction and nonfiction. Swyer was previously director of operations at Langtons International Agency.

Sabrina Pyun has joined as managing editor. She was most recently associate editor at Scribner.
