Sara Hayet joins Doubleday as publicist, reporting to Michael Goldsmith. She was most recently associate publicist at Zando.

Meredith Wagner has been promoted to senior manager, social media strategy.

Katie Burton has joined as senior associate, social media. She was previously social media manager at the Nasher Sculpture Center.

Maria Napolitano has joined KT Literary as foreign rights manager and agent.
