National Book Critics Circle   

Adam Dalva has been named president of the National Book Critics Circle. He is an assistant teaching professor of creative writing at Rutgers University and a contributing fiction editor of The Yale Review. He succeeds Heather Scott Partington, who has served as president for the past two years.

Nicole Antos has been promoted to head of marketing.

Stephanie Beard has been promoted to senior director of acquisitions and subsidiary rights.

Daniel Wikey is joining as director, publicity & partnerships. He was previously director of marketing & publicity, licensing at Random House Worlds.

Zando   

Jim Grau joins as head of growth & strategy. He was most recently head of podcast operations at Spotify.

Audrey Stewart joins as publicist. She was previously publicity assistant at Apollo Publishers.

Summit Books   

Jade Hui has joined as editor. She was previously at Atria.

Random House Children's   

Jessica Weil has joined as associate editor, licensed publishing. Most recently, she was assistant editor at Workman Kids.

Aevitas Creative Management   

Jack Haug has been promoted to agent.

Penguin Random House Canada   

Martha Leonard has been named chief of staff to ceo Kristin Cochrane.
