Anne Tate Pearce joins Broadside PR as literary publicist. She was previously deputy director of publicity at Simon & Schuster.

Helen Wicks, managing director of the children’s trade division, will step down at the end of August 2025. The Bookseller writes that “she will remain on gardening leave until January 2026.”

The company will soon start recruiting for a successor. In the interim, co-chief executive officer Sarah Benton will support the children’s trade senior management team..

Emma Cole has joined as editor. She was previously editor at Harlequin Intrigue.

Letty Mundt has been promoted to publishing coordinator.

Ciara Smith has joined as associate literary agent. She was previously at Corvisiero Literary Agency.
