Holtzbrinck to Give Free Freight Holtzbrinck will move to free freight on shipping for books from all of its trade imprints and distributed trade clients, effective this November. President of the sales division Alison Lazarus says in an announcement, “Our customers have been asking for this, and our volume has reached a point where it is now possible to make this change.
