Personnel News Justin Loeber has been appointed svp, executive director of marketing and publicity for Regan Media, starting in early January. (Paul Crichton left the imprint recently.) Loeber has been director of publicity for Atria and Washington Square Press since last year, but previously worked at HarperCollins as publicity director for Harper and Ecco.
