Commission Delays (And Effectively Ends) HMV Takeover of Ottakar’s A groundswell of opposition to the proposed takeover of UK bookselling chain Ottakar’s by larger competitor HMV (which own’s Waterstone’s) has been significantly delayed if not quashed outright.
