Appeals Court Revives One Part of Authors’ Suit Against Harlequin

The Second Circuit Court of Appeals reversed one part of Judge Harold Baer’s ruling from a year ago dismissing a class-action lawsuit brought by authors against Harlequin alleging that the publisher deprived them of ebook royalties.
