The University of Las Vegas’ Black Mountain Institute announced it is shutting down literature and culture magazine The Believer in spring 2022. “This was not an easy decision but a necessary one, unfortunately,” said UNLV College of Liberal Arts Dean Jennifer Keene. “The Believer consumed a significant portion of BMI’s resources.
