Harper Via will publish Finnish-Estonian writer Sofi Oksanen‘s nonfiction work SAME RIVER, TWICE: PUTIN’S WAR ON WOMEN worldwide on February 25. Tor Jonasson at Salomonsson Agency in Sweden sold world English rights to Juan Mila. The publisher writes, “[Oksanen] delves into the trauma endured by her great-aunt under Soviet occupation, paralleling it with the ongoing abuses perpetrated by the Russian government over the past century.
