Penguin Random House has acquired UK publisher Wonderbly, known for its personalized gift books, as well as the recently-acquired Historic Newspapers business, from private equity firm Graphite Capital, which bought the publisher in 2021. Wonderbly will continue to operate independently, maintaining its leadership team, with co-founder and ceo Asi Sharabi leading the business from its London headquarters.
