LLMs, Anthropic told the court in a filing that it has resolved the copyright infringement lawsuit brought by a class of authors that was due to go to trial in December. An August 28 court hearing was cancelled, with a new hearing scheduled for September 8 and a submission due to the court before that on September 5.
