Tyrant Books announced it will resume operations, after author and screenwriter Luke Goebel acquired 50 percent of the company. Matthew Johnson, owner of Fat Possum Reccords, retains the other 50 percent. Tyrant Books went dormant in 2021 after founder Giancarlo DiTrapano‘s death.
