Personnel News Longtime PGW executive Karen Cross, who most recently was evp of marketing there, is joining competitor Ingram Publisher Services, as vp of publisher relations. Remaining in the San Francisco area, Cross "will be responsible for the implementation of the next phase of the development" of Ingram’s distribution unit.
