Banta Sells — to Donnelly Banta has found a solution to the persistent, unwanted takeover bids from Cinveo: They’ve agreed to a $1.3 billion sale to Donnelly instead. The deal is expected to close in the first quarter of next year. Banta’s revenues are approximately $1.5 billion, and the sale price is $100 million higher than Cinveo’s bid.
