US District Judge Morrison England in Sacramento will hold a hearing today on the first of at least two efforts by Lance Armstrong and publishers Penguin and Random House to dismiss a would-be class action lawsuit on behalf of California consumers seeking compensation for the lies Armstrong told in various books.
