Netflix replied to Chooseco’s lawsuit from early January alleging that the interactive film Black Mirror: Bandersnatch infringed on the Choose Your Own Adventure trademark. The streaming service says that Chooseco’s argued infringements are minor in of and themselves, not “anywhere near sufficient to state a claim,” and therefore should be dismissed.
