Harper Collins Germany will acquire guidebook publisher Gräfe und Unzer from Ganske, subject to regulatory approval. GU, which has operated for more than 300 years, will continue to be based in Munich under the Harper Collins umbrella, which will also take on the company’s distribution business, ISP Isar Sales Partner.
