Mark Smith is stepping down as ceo of Bonnier Zaffre at the end of July and has sold his equity stake. Smith has been with the company since 2014. Further to our news brief about Sarah Crichton leaving FSG at the end of the year to pursue other opportunities, when we queried the publisher about it last week they said there was no announcement.
