Rachel Goldstein has been promoted to executive vice president, assuming overall day-to-day management and strategic development of the division. She reports to Jeff Abraham, now president of publishing operations, technology and services, who writes to clients, “My commitment to the growth and prosperity of you, our clients, is unwavering, and my personal involvement and connection to you all will continue, albeit on a slightly less frequent basis.”

Lee Wind has been promoted to the newly created position of chief content officer.

Charlie Mundy has launched Lansdowne Literary Scouting Agency, based in London. Initial clients include Arche and Atrium in Germany, and Harper Holland. Mundy previously held editorial roles at Cornerstone and Picador.
