Caitlin Mulrooney-Lyski has joined as vp, executive director of publicity, reporting to Caitlin O’Shaughnessy. She was previously director of publicity at Ecco.

Kevin McLain has joined as editorial director, reporting to publisher Kathryn Juergens. He had been at Avalon Travel.

Laura Dail Literary Agency   

Carrie Pestritto has been promoted to director of business affairs. She will also continue to manage the agency’s audio titles and agent her own list.

Claire Cavanagh joins as an assistant agent. Previously she was a sales coordinator at Breakwater Books and an editorial assistant at the agency.
Natasha Mihell has been promoted to associate agent, Wayne Arthurson to agent, Kathryn Willms to agent, and Karmen Wells to agent, film and tv.

Kristina Sutton Lennon joins as director of media rights, translation rights agent, and junior agent. She previously founded Focused Artists.

Dale Wilstermann has joined as executive sales director. He was previously executive director, Nashville Sales at Hachette.

Joseph D’Onofrio has been named executive director and general manager, effective immediately.

International Literary Properties   

The company recently acquired the publishing copyrights of naturalist Roger Tory Peterson, New Yorker financial journalist and author John Brooks, and professor of art history H.W. Janson.
