Suzanne Brandreth and Ron Eckel have purchased the whole ownership stake of CookeMcDermid previously held by Dean Cooke and Sally Harding. They become equal partners with Martha Webb, who continues in her ownership and management role. Cooke and Harding will remain with the company, continuing to work with their clients. They said in a release, "We could not be more proud of these two long-time employees and respected colleagues. This feels like passing the baton to family."
