Melissa Croce has been promoted to senior marketing manager, adult library.

Samantha Weiner has joined as executive editor. She was previously executive editor at Abrams.

University of South Carolina Press   

Michael J. McGandy has been appointed director, succeeding former director Richard Brown. He was previously acquisitions editor at Rowman & Littlefield.

Kaitlyn Sanchez joins as agent. She was previously at Context Literary Agency.
SBR Media   

Ena Burnette and Laura Pink have been promoted to senior agent.

KT Literary   

Tara Gilbert joins as literary agent. She was at Jennifer De Chiara Literary Agency.

New York Times Book Review   

Sadie Stein joins as preview editor on a staff basis. (She had “joined us earlier this year to help out when one of our editors went on leave.”) Stein has been freelancing, and previously worked at the Paris Review.
