Zoe Nelson joins as foreign rights director, the agency’s first agent in the UK. She was previously at Janklow & Nesbit UK.

Robin Harvie will join on January 1 as executive publisher, reporting to chairman Lorne Forsyth. He was previously non-fiction publisher at Pan Macmillan.
