Harper Collins   

President of sales Josh Marwell has decided to retire after 25 years with the company. CEO Brian Murray writes, “Josh’s principled leadership, care for colleagues and customers alike, good humor, and creative passion for selling our authors’ books are perhaps his greatest legacy…. We will all miss his unique smile that came with a twinkle in his eye when something great happened.” Marwell will remain until April “to facilitate a smooth transition, which we will share more information about in the coming weeks.”

London Literary Scouting   

Koukla MacLehose will retire from the scouting agency she founded in 1987. Managing partner Rebecca Servadio will continue to run the company.

Random House Children’s   

Alyssa Eatherly, previously a literary international rights coordinator at William Morris Endeavor, has joined as associate manager, subsidiary rights.

Claire Rivkin has been promoted to manager, subsidiary rights.

WaterBrook and Multnomah   

Drew Dixon is joining as executive editor. He was previously team leader at Lifeway Christian Resources.

Amazon Publishing   

Gabriella Dumpit has been promoted to manager, author relations.

Andrew Pantoja has been promoted to senior program manager, audiobooks at Amazon Publishing and Brilliance Publishing.

Trident Media Group   

Aurora Fernandez has been promoted to associate literary agent and executive assistant to group chair Robert Gottlieb.

Emma Fingleton has been promoted to associate foreign rights agent.

PRH UK   

Jonathan Cape publishing director Michal Shavit will leave that role to creat a new imprint at Vintage UK next year, publishing “creative artists, global thought leaders, scientists, historians, activists, journalists, philosophers and cultural innovators.”
