Min Lee has been promoted to executive vice president and general counsel.

Stephen Mubarek has been promoted to executive vice president and chief financial officer.

Megan Tingley has been promoted to president and publisher, Little, Brown Books for Young Readers.

Susan Weinberg has been promoted to executive vice president and publisher, Perseus Books.

Grand Central   

In publicity & marketing: Ivy Cheng has been promoted to associate publicist.

Tiffany Porcelli has been promoted to senior marketing manager.

Alana Spendley has been promoted to assistant marketing manager.

Estefania Acquaviva has been promoted to publicity & marketing associate, Twelve.

Joseph Benincase has been promoted to associate director, GCP marketing operations.

In the art department: Daniela Medina has been promoted to art director.

Tree Abraham has been promoted to associate art director.

Sarah Congdon has been promoted to senior designer.

Running Press   

Frances Soo Ping Chow has been promoted to vice president, creative director.

Susan Van Horn has been promoted to associate design director.

Kara Thornton has been promoted to associate director of publicity at Running Press and Black Dog & Leventhal.

Amy Cianfrone has been promoted to senior marketing manager, licensing at Running Press and Black Dog & Leventhal.

Frank Sipala has been promoted to director of product development.

Melville House   

Janet Joy Wilson has joined as vice president, sales. Wilson was previously senior executive sales director of Penguin Random House Canada.

Harper Christian   

Camille Smaby has joined as marketing manager, online optimization.

Chelsea Green   

Marty Gosser has joined as trade sales manager, succeeding Michael Weaver, who is leaving the company at the end of March. Gosser was previously in the national accounts department at Perseus Books Group.

Skyhorse   

Sales director at Skyhorse Steven Sussmanis retiring at the end of March. Sussman began his career in 1976 as a sales rep for Pocket Books and has held sales management positions at several houses, including Pocket Books, The Putnam Publishing Group, Avon Books and Dover Publications.

Bonnier Books UK   

Tim Whiting has joined as managing director of the newly created adult trade division. He has been with Hachette UK since 2008. Bonnier says in a release that he will oversee: “Edinburgh-based Black & White led by Campbell Brown and music imprint Nine Eight led by Pete Selby, as well as two new start-ups: the as-yet- unamed Dublin-based Irish imprint led by Deirdre Nolan and non-fiction imprint led by Sarah Braybrooke.”
