Little, Brown and Company   

Ben George has been promoted to executive editor.

Jean Garnett has been promoted to senior editor.

Thea Diklich-Newell and Evan Hansen-Bundy are promoted to assistant editor.

Bowen Dunnan is promoted to associate editor and marketing associate.

Brandon Kelley is promoted to executive director, marketing operations.

Jessica Chun is promoted to senior director of marketing, Spark and Voracious.

Lauren Hesse is promoted to senior director of social media for Little, Brown.

Maggie Cannon is promoted to publicity and marketing associate.

Alyssa Persons is promoted to publicity manager.

Julianna Lee is promoted to senior art director.

Hachette Book Group   

Hachette Book Group announced a plan to combine HBG and Workman sales and subrights teams, taking effect March 14:

Jodi Weiss will join the sales team as vp, sales strategy and business development and Workman liaison.

Sales Operations, Analytics and Client Services
James Wehrle will join as executive director, sales operations. Amy Callahan is being promoted to senior coordinator, sales analytics.

Digital and Online Team
Barbara Slavin is promoted to executive director, digital business development and sales. Katharina Gadow will join as a national accounts manager. Fantasia Brown becomes digital accounts representative.

Retail Sales Teams

Chain Sales
Caitlin Kleinschmidt will join as senior national accounts manager and Workman backlist liaison. Meg Miguelino is promoted to senior national accounts manager and HBG Backlist liaison. Genesis Quijije becomes senior coordinator.

Trade Wholesale and Academic and Library Marketing
Julie Hernandez will add responsibility for HBG’s library and academic marketing teams in her new role as executive director, trade wholesale and academic and library marketing.

Melissa Nicholas is promoted to senior director, library and academic marketing. Reporting to Nicholas from Workman will be Annie Mazes, senior manager, library and academic marketing focusing on adult titles and Caitlin Rubinstein, senior manager, children’s library sales and marketing. Also reporting to Nicholas will be Alyson Powers, manager of academic marketing. Assisting the group will be Yesenia Corporan, sales coordinator, reporting to Julie Hernandez.

Field Sales and Account Marketing
Liz Hunter will join as associate director, field sales. Christian Westermann joins as associate manager, field sales and account marketing. Joanna Host is being promoted to manager, conference and event planning. Nancy Kriz becomes senior sales liaison.

International, Canada and Special Markets Teams

International Sales
Sara High joins from Workman to lead the international sales team, and is being promoted to senior director, international sales, reporting to Maritza Lumpris, vp sales, international, Canada and special markets. Reporting to High from Workman: Erika Tucker, senior manager; Becky O’Malley, associate director, UK sales & marketing and Kelsie Puskas, sales assistant, and from HBG: Tracy Williams, director. Jennifer Gray, senior manager, and Luis Salomon-Rodriguez, who is being promoted to senior coordinator, will continue to report to Williams.

Canada
Leah Collins Lipsett promoted to national account manager. Angela Gatti becomes marketing and operations coordinator.

Special Markets
With the addition of the Workman Special Markets Team, there will be three new channel-focused special markets groups, with each team lead reporting to Maritza Lumpris, vp, international, Canada and special markets. All three teams will sell Workman, HBG and Client books to their channels. 

Sharon Huerta will become executive director of the special sales, educational sales and specialty wholesale group. Reporting to Huerta from HBG: Barbara Blasucci, account manager; Morgan Amer, account manager and Destiny Marie Roman, sales coordinator, and from Workman: Elizabeth Drooby, assistant manager; Amy Carey, account manager, and Cynthia Ramirez, sales coordinator.

Adelia Kalyvas joins as executive director of the gift and specialty retail sales group. Alexis Kuzma is promoted to senior manager, gift sales and will report to Kalyvas. Also reporting to Kalyvas from HBG will be Frankie Johnson, account manager, and from Workman: Valerie Alfred, senior account manager; Mary Rose Amoresano who is promoted to account manager; Amanda German, assistant manager; Marisol Caballero, sales support specialist, and Jean Vargas, sales coordinator.

Jenny Mandel will join as executive director of the premium, author sales and new markets group. Reporting to Mandelfrom HBG: Carol Meadows, director, premium and author sales and from Workman: Emily Krasner, director, premium and proprietary sales; Suzanne Bullet; account manager, specialty retail; Tina Parent, account manager, specialty retail; and Julia Fontana.

Subsidiary Rights Team
Joining the Subsidiary Rights team from Workman and reporting to Nancy Wiese, vp Subsidiary Rights will be Kendra Poster, director. Allison Huggins, senior manager, will continue to report to Poster. Amber Hoover is promoted to senior director and will continue to report to Wiese. Newly reporting to Hoover from Workman will be Maribeth Casey, director, subsidiary rights, Storey & Timber.

Laura Piasio is promoted to subsidiary rights and permissions manager. Zoe Morgan-Weinman becomes coordinator.

Hachette Audio   

Nita Basu has been promoted to senior manager, marketing & publicity.

Thomas Mis has been promoted to senior production manager, senior producer.

Ghenet Harvey becomes associate production manager.

Cindy Joy has been promoted to art director.

HarperCollins   

Sarah Kwak has been promoted to senior editor for Harvest. 

Gillian Wise has been promoted to associate director, special markets.

Blackstone Publishing   

John Lawton joins as director of national accounts, handling retail and wholesale channels. He was previously svp of sales at Penguin.

Algonquin Books / Algonquin Young Readers   

Amanda Dissinger has been promoted to publicity manager.

Ashley Mason has been promoted to associate managing editor.

Krestyna Lypen has been promoted to senior editor of Algonquin Young Readers.

Random House Graphic   

Danny Diaz has been promoted to assistant editor.

St. Martin's Publishing Group   

Rowen Davis is promoted to senior designer.

Nikolaas Eickelbeck is promoted to designer.

Soleil Paz is promoted to associate designer.

Kerri Resnick is promoted to senior art director for Wednesday Books.

Martin Literary and Media Management   

Delia Berrigan and Lindsay Guzzardo have each been promoted to senior literary manager.
