Megan Whalen joins Ballantine as associate marketing manager.

Tori Henson joins Del Rey as associate marketing manager.

Molly Gendell has been promoted to associate editor.

Simon & Schuster   

Dustin Ross has joined Simon & Schuster as national account manager for its distribution client sales team.

Little, Brown Children's   

Martina Rethman has joined as production associate.

Tor UK   

Publishing director Bella Pagan has been promoted to publisher, reporting to Pan publisher Lucy Hale.

Georgia Summer has been promoted to editor, reporting to Pagan.

Dexterity   
Karen Longino has joined Dexterity as executive brand manager. She was previously a senior acquisitions editor at Hachette.
Highbury Literary   

Emma Cheshire is launching Highbury Literary, a publishing consultancy that aims “to empower and support literary estates and writers at key moments in their publishing journey.” Cheshire was previously Faber’s deputy rights director and currently works part-time as a literary scout at Sylvie Zannier Literary Scouting.
