Bloomsbury   

Jonathan Lee will join in the newly created role of editorial director on July 12, reporting to Nancy Miller. He was previously editor in chief at Catapult.

Viking and Pamela Dorman Books   

Emily Wunderlich has been promoted to senior editor at Viking Penguin; Jeramie Orton to editor at Pamela Dorman Books; and Molly Fessenden to assistant director of marketing for Viking Penguin and Riverhead.

Harper Leadership   

Sara Kendrick has been promoted to associate publisher.

Columbia Global Reports   

Allison Finkel joins as assistant director of marketing. She was a senior marketing manager at Basic Books.

Penguin Random House   

Sarah Williams is promoted to vice president & director, special markets & business development, now overseeing special markets imprint sales team. Lisa Vitelli becomes vice president & director, proprietary & premium sales, now leading the group’s overall efforts in premium literacy sales, to Dollywood and other organizations. Christine Dillon, now vice president, proprietary & premium sales, expands her oversight and responsibilities with the premium business nationwide. Jay Franco has joined in the newly created role of director, premium & diversified sales; he was at DK for ten years.

Transatlantic Agency   

Laura Cameron has been promoted to literary agent.

Massie & McQuilkin   

Agent Laney Katz Becker will retire on July 1. She started her agenting career in 2007 after working as a copywriter, freelance journalist and author.

Harper Children's UK   

Kirsty Bradbury has been promoted to the newly created role of publishing strategy director, effective July 1. Bradbury will be succeeded as UK sales director by Jasmeet Fyfe. Geraldine Stroud becomes brand, marketing and communications director. Aisling Beddy becomes senior key account manager.

John Murray   

Jade Chandler will become publishing director of the new crime and thriller imprint Baskerville on September 13, reporting to Jocasta Hamilton. Chandler has been editorial director at Harvill Secker.
