Ginger Clark has launched her own agency, Ginger Clark Literary, with her established client list. She is joined by Nicole Eisenbraun, who is manager of translation rights and represents her own client list as well. Both were previously at Curtis Brown.

Sonny Marr joins as commissioning editor; she was previous at Arrow. Kelsie Marsden has been promoted to commissioning editor.

Lizzy Goudsmit Kay will join as editorial director. She was previously at Transworld.
