Nathalie Ramirez will join next week as director of marketing & imprint partnerships, reporting to Andrew Rein. Previously she consulted for Beats by Dre. Ramirez will also work closely with CEO Molly Stern to “develop the company’s brand identity and presence.”

Sydney Morris has been promoted to senior publicist.

Jane Sturrock has been promoted to publishing director. Emma Capron has been promoted to editorial director.

Kaitlin Sooklal has been promoted to assistant agent; Talya Pardo moves up to associate editor; and Anne Sampson is now brand manager.
