Random House Children's   

Carol Naughton, production director, will retire on December 15.

Ellen Reed, production manager, will retire on December 1.

Orbit Books   

Kayleigh Webb has joined as marketing manager.

Blackstone Publishing   

Nicole Sklitsis has joined as publicist.

Cornell University Press   

Meagan Levinson is joining as editorial director of Three Hills, Cornell’s “regional trade imprint that publishes books on the histories, cultures, peoples, and environments of New York State and the Northeast region.” She was previously executive editor and head of paperback publishing at Princeton University Press.

Publishers Weekly   

Jonathan Segura has been named co-editorial director, and will become editorial director in January, after longtime editorial director Jim Milliot retires at the end of the year. Milliot will become editor-at-large, “still be keeping an eye on the industry, but from a new different vantage point.” He has been at the magazine since 1993.

Andrew Albanese has been promoted to executive editor, “overseeing various aspects of the news department.”

David Adams has been named reviews director, overseeing the adult reviews section.

Rachel Deahl will take the new role of director of branded content on September 4, where she will “expand PW’s sponsored content business and also work on the company’s events programming.”

Adam Boretz will become senior editor, “overseeing a variety of features as well as author profiles and the Soapbox column.”
