Abby West will join Amistad as vp, editorial director on September 12. West was previously director of inclusive content programming at Audible.

In promotions, Tara Parsons moves up to vp, deputy publisher for Amistad, Harper Español, and Harper Via.

Laina Adler moves up to vp, deputy publisher at Harper One. She will “become more involved in acquisitions for platform-based titles, bringing her astute perspective and rigor to the process.”

Eric Brandt has been promoted to director, succeeding Suzanne Moomaw, who is returning full-time to her role as a faculty member at UVA’s School of Architecture.

Jane Rotrosen Agency   

Maria Napolitano has joined as subsidiary rights sales agent.

Tori Clayton and Allison Hufford have both been promoted to Subsidiary Rights Associate.

Julianne Tinari has been promoted to associate director, business affairs.
