Transatlantic Agency   

Chandler Crawford is joining the agency. She has run the Chandler Crawford Agency for the past 25 years.

Samantha Haywood says in the announcement: “Chandler is much beloved in the international publishing community and brings to the Transatlantic Agency a career of impressive domestic and international publishing experience. I am certain we are going to learn from each other, and I hope the Transatlantic Agency becomes even more internationally focused in the process.”

Verto Literary   

Alexis Washam has joined as an executive editor. She was previously editorial director of Hogarth.

Harper One   

Editor, journalist, and author Elizabeth “Biz” Mitchell has joined as executive editor.

Daniella Wexler has joined as senior editor, also acquiring for Harper Via and Amistad. She was previously at Atria.

Idea Architects   

Sarah Rainone has joined as editorial director.

Franklin & Siegal Associates   

Nicole Thomas and Chloe Walker have been promoted to senior literary scouts. Sadie Resnick has been promoted to literary scout.

Additionally, the company has been named literary scout for Dioptra in Greece.

Catapult Magazine   

Allisen Hae Ji Lichtenstein has been promoted to assistant editor.

David C Cook   

John Aden has joined as ceo. He was previously evp at Walmart.

Algonquin   

Sarah Alpert has been promoted to editor at Algonquin Young Readers.

Stephanie Mendoza has been promoted to senior publicity manager and Kelly Doyle has been promoted to associate publicist at Algonquin Books and Algonquin Young Readers.
