Both Khouri Books Pulled For Good Random House Australia has made their withdrawal of Norma Khouri’s FORBIDDEN LOVE permanent, and has dropped her second book as well, originally scheduled for publication this fall. Da Vinci Book Helps Drive Sales at Nelson Thomas Nelson reported first quarter sales of $49 million, up 17 percent from a year before, with income of $1.9 million, up from $1.1 million a year ago.
