BEA Planning

May 21, 2014By Michael Cader

With Book Expo just a week away, we have updated our comprehensive, all-in-one-spreadsheet master schedule with still more author signings and event details. Use publun.ch/BEAschedPM to view it and simplify your convention planning. A variety of “special events” are marked in bold to help you find some of the more notable sessions. While author Walter Isaacson‘s Friday morning conversation about his forthcoming book THE INNOVATORS with Jacob Weisberg has been on the schedule for some time, earlier this week BEA officials declared him a “keynote speaker.”

Breakfast speaker Neil Patrick Harris is covered this morning at E Online for the cover reveal of his forthcoming book Choose Your Own Autobiography — but for more than just the jacket, we have an exclusive excerpt ready to read now in our new free ebook sampler, Buzz Books 2014: Fall/Winter. Sixteen of the authors featured in that volume will be appearing at BEA, as will 16 of the 20 authors in our second free ebook, Buzz Books 2014: Young Adult — including two more breakfast speakers, Alan Cumming and Carl Hiaasen. We’ll have our annual Party Planner for you later this week.
