At Hachette Book Group, Heather Fain will focus entirely on her role as svp, director of marketing strategy, with expanded responsibilities as she joins HBG’s Executive Management Board. Fain gives up her second position as deputy publisher of Little, Brown, a job that will be taken over by Craig Young as he returns to the company on December 1. He spent the past three years as vp, associate publisher for Ecco, after serving as sales director at Little, Brown. Additionally, Miriam Parker is promoted to marketing director for Little, Brown, reporting to Young.

Paul Lamb will join William Morrow as marketing manager on October 26. Previously he was an agent at the Howard Morhaim Literary Agency.

At McGraw-Hill Professional, Donya Dickerson has been promoted to editorial director, business group.

Zachary Greenwald will join Artisan Books as managing editor on October 27. He was most recently digital product manager at HarperCollins.

The Experiment announced a number of recent hires and promotions. Jeanne Tao has joined as associate managing editor. Mindy Rosenkrantz has joined as contracts and rights associate. Most recently she was a contracts assistant at Scholastic. Karen Giangreco has been promoted to positioning chief, in addition to continuing as digital publishing manager. Finally, Batya Rosenblum has been promoted to assistant editor.

In the UK, Ben Dunn has been appointed managing director of Bonnier’s Blink Publishing as of November 30. He spent the past six years at Century, most recently as publishing director.
