Amelia “Molly” Atlas has been promoted to agent at ICM, where she has worked since 2006.

Rachel Bader joins Random House Children’s as director, licensing, charged with building a consumer products licensing business for the division, reporting to Barbara Marcus. She was most recently director of licensing for Prometheus Global Media.

At the Independent Book Publishers Association, executive director Angela Bole has been promoted to the newly-created position of ceo.

Chris Evans joins Skyhorse as senior editor, acquiring history, military, politics and reference titles, starting February 10. He had been at Stackpole most recently. Lauren Jackson joins the company as a senior publicist on February 16. Previously, she was a publicist at William Morrow.

At Regan Arts, Erica Gonzalez has been promoted to assistant editor.

Amy Jarashow has been hired as licensing director, North America for Parragon and Wild & Wolf, leading client liaison and strategic product and business development. She led business development at IQ License, and before that had overseen licensed publishing at Random House Children’s.
