At the Frances Goldin Agency, Matt McGowan has been promoted to senior agent and rights director.

At HarperCollins Children’s Books, Caroline Sun has been promoted to director of publicity, Rosanne Romanello moves up to associate director of publicity, and Stephanie Hoover has been promoted to publicist.

Mike Conway has joined Chronicle Books as IT director. Previously he was director, CRM and analytics at Bare Escentuals. In addition, Freesia Blizard has joined as associate production developer. Previously she was senior production coordinator at C&T Publishing.

In the UK, former Hot Key Books managing director and Oneworld children’s publisher Sarah Odedina will join Pushkin Press as editor-at-large, where she will acquire and edit up to six titles a year for Pushkin Children’s Books, on March 1.

Distribution
Rizzoli will handle distribution of Smith Street Books, a Melbourne-based publisher of illustrated gift, humor cookbooks, pop culture, and interior design titlesin North America and Latin America.

Acquisitions
Grey House Publishing Canada has acquired the Canadian Who’s Who from Third Sector Publishing, which it will continue to publish in both print and online.
