In Canada, Cheryl Fraser will retire from Ampersand, where she is a partner, on December 31 after more than 22 years with the company. Separately, Morgan Young rejoins Ampersand as partner and vice president on August 1, and Ryan Muscat has been hired as a full time account manager. Finally, Vanessa Di Gregorio is scheduled to return November 7 from her maternity leave.
