Juliana Horbachevsky has joined Harmony Books as senior publicist. Previously she was a publicist at Abrams.
At Norton, Elisabeth Kerr has been promoted to director of subsidiary rights, adding oversight for domestic rights sales and licensing agreements to her responsibilities; and Mary Kate Skehan moves up to assistant manager of subsidiary rights, responsible for most audio, book club, first and second serial, and large-type rights, alongside her work in foreign rights, reporting to Kerr.
The Center for Fiction highlights 25 accomplished fiction debuts with the longlist for their First Novel Prize. Nominees will be named in September.
