May Buzz Books Monthly

April 3, 2018
By Erin Somers

Our monthly sampler program continues with May Buzz Books Monthly, available now for download on Amazon, iBooks, and NetGalley. As always, the collection includes exclusive, pre-publication excerpts from titles publishing in May. A new bonus is full color cover images for selected titles in the month’s preview section, in addition to the excerpts.

The latest installment features seven upcoming titles, including four novels, a debut, and one each nonfiction and young adult.

Fiction excerpts include bestselling nonfiction author Sheila Heti’s novel Motherhood; Stephen McCauley’s My Ex-Life; internationally bestselling author Sarah Winman’s Tin Man; and Araminta Hall’s Our Kind of Cruelty. Aimee Molloy’s debut, The Perfect Mother, rounds out the adult fiction, while The Electric Woman by Tessa Fontaine is the nonfiction title. Finally, you can enjoy Legendary, Stephanie Garber’s sequel to her New York Times bestselling debut YA novel Caraval.

Buzz Books Monthlies are your first and best place to turn for a real insider’s taste of what to read next, and what the book world will be talking about next month. For other titles of note, you can check out our extensive previews of new books of interest coming to market in the months ahead. Also, remember that our twice-a-year Buzz Books includes new books from big authors and breakout talents through exclusive and substantial pre-publication excerpts. Buzz Books 2018: Spring/Summer and Buzz Books 2018: Young Adult Spring/Summer are available now.
