Kristin Fassler is joining Atria Publishing Group in the newly created position of vice president, director of integrated marketing on August 1. She was most recently vice president, director of marketing at Random House, overseeing the Ballantine Bantam Dell imprint. Dana Trocker, director of marketing, will move to Atria from the Simon & Schuster trade imprint, reporting to Fassler. Also reporting to Fassler will be Atria’s two deputy directors of publicity, David Brown and Lisa Sciambra; associate director of publicity Yona Deshommes; and assistant director of publicity Ariele Fredman. Paul Olsewski, vice president, director of publicity, will be leaving Atria, and the role will be eliminated. He has been with Atria since 2010.

Sarah Cantin has joined St. Martin’s as executive editor, reporting to George Witte. Previously, she was senior editor at Atria.

Susan Corcoran has been promoted to senior vice president, director of publicity, Random House, with responsibility for title publicity for all imprints. Leigh Marchant becomes senior vice president, director, marketing and business development.

At the Penguin Random House consumer marketing development group, Erica Curtis has been promoted to vice president, director of marketing strategy and campaigns & analytics, and Max Minckler becomes senior director, consumer insights.

Marya Pasciuto has been promoted to assistant editor at Dutton.

Penny Moore has joined Aevitas Creative Management as an agent. Previously she was an agent at Empire Literary.

Due to the restructuring taking place at Picador, marketing manager Shannon Donnelly will leave the company August 7.

At Ingram Content Group, Leslie Jobson has been promoted to manager, sales & support for Ingram Publisher Services. Destiny Womack becomes customer success manager for Aerio. Tori Cushman joins as sales & support representative for the Mass Merchandise Group; previously she was sales assistant at Skyhorse Publishing. Megan Smith joins Ingram as a specialty retail manager; she was previously manager of the Category Management/VMI department at Ingram Entertainment.

In promotions at Princeton University Press, Debra Liese is now social media content and partnerships manager; Katie Lewis is senior publicist; Chris Ferrante moved up to senior designer; Stephanie Rojas was made social media specialist; and Matt Taylor was promoted to direct marketing and social media associate.

Senior manager digital development at Random House Germany Matthaus Cygan will move to the Frankfurt Book Fair on August 1, as director business development trade international. He will devise new products and services for this customer group, and will supervise rights and licensing activities for the Frankfurt Rights Meeting and Literary Agents & Scouts Centre.

Director of the Columbia University Press Jennifer Crewe took over as president of the Association of University Presses in June. She announced initiatives including establishing a Statistics Review Task Force and a Gender, Equity, and Cultures of Respect Task Force; and turning the Diversity & Inclusion Task Force into a formal committee.
