Len Wiggins moves over to Penguin Random House Audio as of July 22 in the new position of vp, audio finance and strategy, reporting to Susan Livingston, svp, strategic business planning. Wiggins was previously senior director, finance and analysis, Penguin Random House.

At Vintage Anchor, Angie Venezia has been promoted to associate director of publicity and Julie Ertl to publicity manager, both reporting to Russell Perreault, vp/executive director of publicity and social media.

Melissa Esner has been promoted to associate marketing director for Crown and Hogarth; Katie Tull to assistant marketing manager for Random House, Dial, Modern Library, and One World; and Rachel Aldrich to marketing manager for Crown and Hogarth.

At HMH Children’s, Julie Yeater joins as assistant director of marketing; previously she was senior marketing manager at Harper Children’s. Zoe Del Mar joins as senior marketing manager; previously she was director of marketing at Norwood House.

Sarah Russo, global head of audience engagement, publicity and social media at Oxford University Press, is leaving the company this week. She will reestablish Sarah Russo Public Relations to partner with authors, publishers, and organizations working across branding, communications, social media, and publicity.

Pippa White has been promoted to executive editor at Callisto Media, starting July 1. She will lead a team of editors working on lifestyle books.

Ashten Evans joins Ulysses Press as assistant editor, reporting to Casie Vogel (she was previously at Sterling).

Seven Stories Press will serve as the exclusive agent for the literary estate of Nelson Algren, handling all rights in all media. Algren had been represented by the now-defunct Donadio & Olson. They recently licensed audio rights to 10 books to Blackstone Audio.

Awards
Anna Burns (Milkman) won the inaugural Orwell Prize for political fiction, while Patrick Radden Keefe (Say Nothing) won the prize for political writing.
