Highlighting This Week’s New Releases

March 31, 2020
By Michael Cader

Here are 11 notable novels, 8 notable works of nonfiction, and 3 new YA novels that publish today, viewable in our sample Aerbook and Bookshop storefronts. As we described last week, both platforms are quick and easy to set up and both are powered by Ingram on the backend to sell and fulfill orders. We’re donating any proceeds to BINC, but the main point is to call attention to the week’s new releases, as well as demonstrate these simple options for authors, publishers, booksellers and influencers to promote and sell books.

Note that starting in mid-April, you will see a wave of planned new releases shifting to later in the year. At PublishersMarketplace.com, in our member resources, we track notable new releases for the coming three months. So far, we have tracked 5 releases from April 14 that have been delayed; 6 releases from April 21 that have moved; and 6 new titles from April 28 that have been rescheduled. That still leaves over 140 notable titles on our lists for April that are holding their release dates.

We have already catalogued 28 notable titles for May that have been rescheduled, and another 15 for June.
