Grace Rambo has been promoted to digital operations manager at The Experiment.

At Talcott Notch Literary Services, Saba Sulaiman has been promoted to agent. Paula Munier becomes agent and storytelling and content director. Tia Mele has added a new role as audio rights director.

Jackie Ashton has joined Lucinda Literary as agent, with a focus on popular science, business, narrative nonfiction, memoir, and upmarket fiction.

Anchor has moved up the paperback publication date for Colson Whitehead‘s Pulitzer-winning THE NICKEL BOYS to June 30.

For the first time, 37 literary agents and agencies in Italy have come together to form a literary agents’ association, ADALI. It “will operate as a new national organism to ensure professional competence and ethical procedures towards its members and their clients…. ADALI aims to promote and safeguard the profession of literary agent in Italy, and to represent the interests of its members within the publishing industry and with public and private institutions.”

Apple Books for Authors is a new “destination where authors can discover helpful resources on writing, publishing, selling, and marketing” their titles on Apple books. It includes a publishing portal that accepts finished EPUB files through a PC/web browser.

Awards
Benjamin Balint‘s Kafka’s Last Trial: The Case of a Literary Legacy (Norton) won the Sami Rohr Prize for Jewish Literature for nonfiction.
