Stina Andersson has been named the new ceo of Bonnier Group, the parent company of Bonnier Books UK, effective September 1. She is currently the chief operating officer at trade and service businesses giant Axel Johnson.

Longtime book editor Genevieve Young, 89, died peacefully at home just over a year ago — February 18, 2020 — remembered just recently in a formal obit by the AP. (The notice we linked originally ran last year.) Her career in book publishing spanned over five decades. Among her many notable authors and publications, she was responsible for the publication of Erich Segal’s Love Story and Nancy Milford’s biography Zelda and she edited Herman Wouk’s work from the 1970s until his death in 2019.
