Christine Palomino has been promoted to director, specialty retail field & category sales, Penguin Random House.

At St. Martin’s Publishing Group: Danielle Fiorella has been promoted to art director; Young Lim to senior associate art director; and Jonathan Bush  to senior associate art director.

A memorial service for literary agent Frances Goldin will be held on Saturday, May 15, 2:00 PM at St. Mark’s Church in New York City (131 E 10th St.) with indoor and outdoor seating planned. The event will also be livestreamed. Anyone wishing to share a testimonial for Frances can submit a video of under two minutes to be included. RSVP to sally@sallygoldin.com.

Forthcoming
LINDA MCCARTNEY’S FAMILY KITCHEN, by Linda, Paul, Mary, and Stella McCartney, a book of plant-based recipes “complete with personal stories and intimate family photos spanning three decades,” will be published by Little, Brown on June 29.

Distribution
Marvel‘s comic books, trade collections, and graphic novels will be distributed to comics shops  —  known as the direct market — worldwide by Penguin Random House Publishing Services starting October 1. (They have been distributed Diamond Distribution, and Diamond will continue as a wholesaler of Marvel’s products. Hachette Book Group continues as distributor of Marvel’s graphic novels and trade collections to the book trade.) President of PRH Publisher Services Jeff Abraham says in the announcement, “Based on the foundation of our relationships with physical retailers, we’re confident in the significant growth of the comic book industry and welcome the opportunity to further collaborate with and invest PRHPS’ resources in the Direct Market.”

Leading the newly-formed Penguin Random House Direct Comic Market team is Tyne Hunter, who has been promoted to associate director, Comic Market Sales. Part of the newest Penguin Random House distribution facility in Hampstead, Maryland will be devoted to servicing comics direct market accounts.
