HarperCollins ceo Brian Murray was interviewed Tuesday morning as part of a Credit Suisse investor conference, where he explained the trade publishing business’s growing sales and margins. Murray made clear, “We are being aggressive in terms of buying books. We’ve seen the book pie grow, maybe 15 percent.
